Probate and Trusts:
Presently acting as court-appointed trustee and guardian and serving as trustee and attorney-in-fact under power of attorney; previously registered Private Professional Conservator, Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado County Courts; previously appointed estate administrator and receiver.
Preparation of all documents for trust administration, including notices and accountings; coordination with accountants, stock brokers, real estate brokers and financial planners to manage clients’ assets; preparation of court documents, including probate, summary proceedings, conservatorship and guardianship and trust matters; real and personal property transfers; bookkeeping, payroll and tax form preparation.
